The Performance Series: Speed & Hurdles - Coach Shadow Pass
See the work. Learn the method. Coach with more confidence.
Shadow Hurdle Science founder Marlon Odom and Brooklyn Speed & Power co-founder Richard James as they coach athletes through sprint and hurdle mechanics, rhythm, technical progressions, and event-specific drills.
