Just A Few Easy Steps:

Give your athlete the competitive edge they deserve. In just minutes, you can help build their foundation for success with our sports performance program. Here's how:

  1. Register & sign waivers here (after submitting, you will be redirected to a page to fill out waivers).

  2. Email us your preferred session date.
    We train five days a week:
    Mon-Thu @ Poly Prep High School from 6-8pm
    Sunday mornings at Wingate Park (Socceroof Crown Heights during the winter)

IMPORTANT INFO FOR POLY PREP LOCATION

  • Athletes attending sessions at Poly Prep must enter through the back gate entrance located near the B70/B8 bus stop (9261 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11228). 

  • Upon arrival, please provide security with the athlete's name and inform them they are attending a session with Coach Richard James (Brooklyn Speed & Power).

  • Parents are not permitted on campus and must leave once the athlete is checked in
