Brooklyn Speed & Power Track Club Tryouts

Brooklyn Speed & Power Track Club is a parent-founded nonprofit and one of the NYC metro area's most competitive youth track clubs for athletes ages 7–18. We combine Olympic-level coaching with a whole-athlete philosophy built on physical performance, mental toughness, and community so young athletes don't just compete, they lead.

Whether your child has never set foot on a track or has been racing for years, Brooklyn Speed & Power is where potential becomes performance.

What Is Brooklyn Speed & Power?

Brooklyn Speed & Power is two things in one: a sports performance training program and a competitive USATF track club. That combination is rare, and it's exactly what gives our athletes an edge.

As a sports performance organization, we train young athletes from all sports ages 7–18 in speed, power, agility, strength, and injury prevention using techniques drawn from Olympic-level coaching. As Brooklyn Speed & Power Track Club, we channel that training into real competition, placing athletes in local, regional, and national USATF-sanctioned meets.

We are a registered nonprofit and a genuine community, founded by Brooklyn parents for Brooklyn kids.

Not sure if it's the right fit? New athletes are welcome to try a free session of our sports performance program before committing. Claim your free trial session here.

Proven Results: Our Athletes Deliver

The results speak for themselves. In the past year alone, six Brooklyn Speed & Power athletes earned college scholarships to Division I, Division II, and Division III programs. One of our athletes was also named USATF New York Athlete of the Year in his age division, the highest individual honor in youth track in New York State.

These aren't outliers. They are the product of a system built to develop complete athletes from the ground up.
