From June 23rd - August 7th, you can elevate your athlete's game with Brooklyn Speed & Power's elite 2x per week training. Limited spots available for ages 7-18. Enroll now for $629.

What you get:

  • Two expert-led training sessions each week: Immerse your child in Olympic-level training strategies, tailored to their age and skill level.

  • Personalized growth roadmap: Our experienced coaches will provide tailored tips and support.

  • Program dates: June 23 - Aug 7

  • Total sessions: 12

  • Training location options: Poly Prep High School, Wingate, McCarren, & Prospect Park

  • Training Days available:

    • Mondays - Thursdays from 5-7pm @ Poly Prep Upper School

    • Tuesdays from 5-7pm @McCarren Park

    • Thursdays from 9-11am @ Prospect Park

    • Sundays from 9-11am @ Wingate Park

  • Training Includes:

    • Running & conditioning

    • Weight training (Poly Prep campus only)

    • Bodyweight training

  • Competitive Edge: Opportunity to tryout for the Brooklyn Speed & Power track team, putting skills to the test in real competitions.
