At Brooklyn Speed & Power, we deliver proven results, with a strong track record of enhancing speed, agility, and power in young athletes. Our programs are designed to prioritize safety through a focus on injury prevention and proper mechanics, ensuring a supportive and secure training environment. We take a holistic approach to development, emphasizing not just physical performance but also confidence, leadership, and mental toughness. With flexible training options and packages tailored to fit different schedules and commitments, we make it easy for athletes to train consistently and effectively.

Our program is designed to develop speed, strength, and conditioning—the essential foundation for athletic success. Our training is applicable across all sports, helping athletes elevate their performance and reach their full potential. Beyond physical development, we equip young athletes with the strategies they need to support their overall well-being, fostering both mental and physical health and laying the groundwork for a lifetime of healthy habits.

Brooklyn Speed & Power is a non-profit (501c3) youth athletic club dedicated to helping young athletes achieve their goals both on and off the track. Led by Jamaican World Champion and Olympic sprinter Richard James, our experienced coaching staff delivers evidence-based, Olympic-level training designed to unlock each athlete’s full potential. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment for athletes ages 7–18, nurturing their development with personalized guidance and a commitment to long-term growth.

PRICING OPTIONS
June 23 - August 7

  • 1 Session per Week: $314 (6 sessions)

  • 2 Sessions per Week: $629 (12 sessions)

  • 3 Sessions per Week: $929 (18 sessions)

  • Unlimited Sessions: $1495 for six weeks

  • Single Session: $84

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

  • Early Bird (by May 25): 10% off

  • Pre-Season (May 26 - June 8): 5% off

  • Full Price after June 9

All packages include access to training at Poly Prep, Wingate, McCarren and Prospect Park.

Weight training is available exclusively at Poly Prep.

*IMPORTANT INFO FOR POLY PREP LOCATION

  • Athletes attending sessions at Poly Prep must enter through the back gate entrance located near the B70/B8 bus stop (9261 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11228). 

  • Upon arrival, please provide security with the athlete's name and inform them they are attending a session with Coach Richard James (Brooklyn Speed & Power).

  • Parents are not permitted on campus and must leave once the athlete is checked in
