  • Training Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur & Sun

  • Weekly Training Schedule

    Evenings (5 - 7PM)

    • Mon-Thurs: Prospect Park (8/18-9/7), Poly Prep Country Day School*

    Mornings (9 - 11AM)

    • Sun: Wingate Park

  • Training Includes:

    • Running & conditioning

    • Bodyweight training
