Getting started takes less than 5 minutes.

    Register and Sign Your Waiver

    Fill out the registration form below. After submitting, you will be redirected to complete your waiver — takes under 3 minutes.

    Email Us Your Preferred Date

    Once registered, send us your preferred session date. We train five days a week — see the schedule below.

  3. 03

    Show Up and Train

    Bring your athlete, arrive a few minutes early, and let the coaches handle the rest. Athletes must bring running shoes and a water bottle.

Arrival Instructions for Poly Prep

Athletes must enter through the back gate entrance at 9261 7th Avenue. Upon arrival, provide security with the athlete's name and inform them they are attending a session with Coach Richard James (Brooklyn Speed and Power). Parents are not permitted on campus and must leave once the athlete is checked in.
